SMS Consent and Recipient Permission

 

WellCom sends text messages related to daily wellness check-ins and reminders. During device setup, you will enter phone numbers used for messaging and confirm consent.

 

By saving phone numbers during setup and using the WellCom device, and signing up and consenting at the Login / Preferences web site, you confirm that:

You consent to receive WellCom text messages at the phone number you provide (the “From” number).
 

You understand that message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies (typically daily).
 

Every WellCom text message includes instructions to opt out (reply STOP) and to get help (reply HELP).
