WellCom is a personal wellness communication device. The service is provided “as is” and is not intended for emergency use.

 

By using WellCom, you agree that:

You are responsible for obtaining consent from message recipients before using their phone numbers.
 

You will not use WellCom for spam, harassment, adult-content or commercial messaging.
 

You understand that SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and network conditions and message delivery is not guaranteed.
 

WellCom may suspend or disable messaging if misuse is detected or if required to comply with messaging regulations.

 

No warranties are provided, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellCom is not liable for damages arising from use of the device or service.
